  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Thank you for shopping at noble. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    1. RETURNS

    Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable products cannot be returned if the original packaging or seal has been broken or tampered with.

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    3. REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 3-7 business days depending on your bank).

    4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. First, check your bank account again.

    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    5. EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS)

    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photo evidence of the damage/error within 48 hours of delivery to zhongmengwang81@gmail.com.

    6. RETURN SHIPPING

    To return your product, you must first contact our customer service team to get the designated return mailing address.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
