Shipment Processing Time

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
noble is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding these potential fees.
Damages or Lost Packages
noble is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and our customer service team within [7 days] of the delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.
